When TLR makes a commitment, we follow through to insure customer satisfaction, because our next job comes from the success of our last job.

TLR is fortunate to have highly talented people:

Todd ReedTodd Reed, President

Todd organized TLR & Associates in 2000 to rehab real estate projects. Todd found unique building materials for these rehabs and started to estimate and subcontract for builders to install exterior finish and stone on their projects.

Todd’s philosophy is to clarify details of the project, so that the builder/owner documents exactly what happens throughout the job. TLR provides samples of colors or products for selection by the customer. Todd is available to the owner/builder for changes that arise throughout a project.

Todd’s extensive experience allows contributions for field design solutions of material applications. These solutions are coordinated with the architect and builder.

To insure clients stay on budget, Todd prices by the job not the hour. If during a project changes occur, the owner/builder receives a Change Order for approval.

TLR strives to protect the owner/builder by following jobsite safety procedures, including hard hats, goggles, proper scaffold construction and an orderly area to prevent trips and falls. The crew cleans up the jobsite nightly because we treat the area as if it were our own.

Hector RodriguezHector Rodriguez, Stucco Crew Lead

Hector‘s cordial and helpful attitude on a jobsite demonstrates his willingness to achieve the desired end result of the builder/owner. His vast experience in traditional application of stucco and his skill with a trowel makes him a true stucco artisan. Hector’s updated training in the newest materials will provide the most up-to-date stucco system to manufacturer’s specifications.

Hector’s objective is always to protect the building from moisture for the owner/builder’s peace of mind for many years. Hector and his crew work in all kinds of weather to keep your job on schedule. When the temperature drops below 40 degrees, they build a tent and use heaters to protect the material and working area.

Hector’s leadership and vast experience is a pillar of TLR’s success in providing quality stucco applications to our clients.

Juan’s portfolio of work includes multi-million dollar ranches, fireplaces, retaining walls, flagstone patios and water features. He is a real asset when dealing with topographical challenges.
